Plaintiff has requested the court to reconsider its February 4, 1991 decision dismissing, inter alia, his claims pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Starr v. JCI Data Processing, Inc., 757 F.Supp. 390 (D.N.J.1991). Plaintiff takes issue with the court's all-or-nothing treatment of the timeliness of his ERISA claims...
