Plaintiff fell from a wooden power and utility pole and sued the owner, Illinois Power Company. Illinois Power filed this third-party action against its insurer, National Union Fire Insurance Company, claiming that it was an additional insured under a general liability policy, and that National Union had breached the contract by not defending Illinois Power in the underlying suit.
