Plaintiff, John Greenan, a former officer of the Springfield police department, appeals an order of the circuit court of Sangamon County affirming the decision of the Board of Trustees (Board) of the Police Pension Fund of Springfield (Fund) denying his application for a duty-related disability pension. We reverse and remand to the circuit court with directions.
