The plaintiff, Stanley Cook, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, Trinity Universal of Kansas (hereinafter referred to as "Trinity"), on Cook's bad faith claim. That summary judgment was made final pursuant to Rule 54(b), A.R.Civ.P.
