We have for review Johnson v. Bednar, 552 So.2d 928 (Fla. 4th DCA 1989), based on conflict with Balzam v. Cohen, 427 So.2d 329 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
