This case comes before us on the appeal of the plaintiff, the Rhode Island Federation of Teachers, AFT, AFL-CIO (Federation), from a judgment entered in the Superior Court denying the Federation's prayer for injunctive relief against the disclosure by the Governor of certain information relating to special pension benefits authorized by the General Assembly.
