This is an appeal of a judgment rescinding the sale of a house for redhibitory defects.

In late 1983 or early 1984, the defendants-appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Roberts, bought a house to move onto a vacant lot they owned in Alexandria, Louisiana.
