PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Dennis R. Cookish, an inmate at the New Hampshire State Prison, filed a complaint, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, in the District Court for the District of New Hampshire, alleging, inter alia, that the defendants, officials at the prison, violated his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches when female correctional officers supervised and/or observed him during a visual body cavity search.1
