Plaintiff sued pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3) for review of defendant's denial of disability benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1385. The parties stipulated that plaintiff is entitled to the benefits denied her, and on February 20, 1991, an order to pay those benefits was entered.
