SHORES, Justice.

Louise Baxter appeals from an order denying equitable relief against SouthTrust Bank of Dothan, N.A. ("SouthTrust"). We affirm.

On January 18, 1985, Baxter sold to Charles F. Griffith a building located in downtown Ashford, Alabama, for $40,000; Baxter agreed to finance the purchase for 10 years at 10% interest per annum.
