Defendant James Guadagno was indicted on charges of arson, mail fraud and obstruction of justice in connection with a fire that destroyed defendant Guadagno's liquor store in April, 1988. On September 20, 1990, a jury found defendant Guadagno guilty of arson and mail fraud and not guilty of obstruction of justice.
