Michael A. Lingo filed the instant rule to amend and alter joint custody, seeking to be named primary custodian of his minor son. Dorothy Lingo Tabuchi, the boy's mother, filed exceptions of lack of subject matter jurisdiction, inconvenient forum and no cause of action, all of which were denied.
