William Cohen has appealed his jury conviction and sentence for duplicating and distributing copyrighted movies in violation of 17 U.S.C. § 506 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2318-2319. Cohen raises four claims on appeal, two with regard to his trial and two with regard to his sentence. He claims first that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction, and he claims next that the District Court erred in admitting into evidence a consent...
