This juvenile court proceeding involves custody of a three-year-old boy. Custody of the child, whose mother was killed in a fire in 1988 and whose father is under indictment for second degree murder of his wife (and the child's mother), was changed from paternal grandparents to an aunt living in Costa Rica. We reverse and set aside this custody ruling as the young boy was not shown to be what the law calls...
