This is an action brought by Neal Clulee and Westside Sand, Inc., plaintiffs/appellees, to nullify a February 14, 1989 judgment rendered in favor of Louisiana Materials Company, Inc., defendant/appellant, and against plaintiffs in the amount of $39,434.41, plus interest, costs, and attorney's fees of $2,500.00.
