The State has requested summary review of the trial court's order which granted the defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained in a search. The State's request, filed pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 29-824 (Reissue 1989), argues that the trial court's finding that the evidence should be suppressed is clearly erroneous.
