Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant entered pleas of guilty before the court to three indictments charging him with the fraudulent sale of securities in violation of the Texas Securities Act, Tex. Civ.Stat.Ann. arts. 581-29(0(1) (Supp.1991) and 581-4(F) (1964).1 Punishment was assessed in each case at ten years' confinement, probated.
