Eric Prior has appealed his jury conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine base — "crack" — with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and for possessing a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 845a.
