This appeal arises out of defendant Will County's denial of a special use permit sought by plaintiffs to allow them to operate a quarry. Plaintiffs Thomas J. Lambrecht and Paul A. Lambrecht, as trustees of the Brown and Lambrecht Earthmovers Inc., Employees Profit Sharing Trust (the Trust) own a 185.44 acre parcel of land (the subject property) located in unincorporated Will County, Illinois.
