This is an appeal from a directed verdict granted in favor of Randolph DeLay. Appellant, Judy Johnson, sued DeLay, an attorney, for negligence and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) in preparing legal documents and misrepresenting facts in connection with party.
