BATCHELDER, J.

The defendant was found guilty by a jury in the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, one count of second degree assault, RSA 631:2, and one count of criminal trespass, RSA 635:2. On appeal he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a mistrial. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
