This case comes to us from the 284th Judicial District Court of Montgomery County, Honorable Olen Underwood, Judge presiding. At trial court level, this case involved a suit for damages, permanent injunctive relief and an accounting. The record reflects that appellants are the owners of real property located in Park Place, a mobile home subdivision situated in Montgomery County....
