This case involves the former husband's appeal of a trial court order approving the report of the general master and an order awarding attorney's fees to the former wife. We reverse and remand.

George L. Peacon and Charlene Peacon were divorced in 1977 after thirteen years of marriage. The agreed Final Judgment provided that the wife should have custody of the two minor children and that she should live in the marital home until the youngest child...
