The father has appealed the order of the county court for Burt County which terminated his parental rights to his minor children, N.W. and R.W.

The father assigns as error (1) the lack of jurisdiction of the trial court to terminate parental rights due to a failure to conduct a prior adjudication hearing, (2) the court's finding that the rehabilitation plan was reasonable, (3) the court's determination that the father willfully failed...
