In our initial opinion in this case we affirmed an order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, an employment agency and the owner of the agency. The Supreme Court granted plaintiff Malcolm Carmichael's petition for review and the Supreme Court then transferred review to this court with directions to vacate our prior decision and reconsider the cause in light of Rojo v. Kliger (1990)...
