Plaintiff, Javon Parsons, was involved in a motor vehicle collision on Reed Station Road in Carbondale Township at approximately 1:00 a.m. on May 6, 1988. The motorcycle on which he was traveling, in a northerly direction, was struck by a southbound automobile driven by Curtis Taets just past the crest of a hill located on Reed Station Road.
