Westgate Apostolic Church ("Westgate"), a local assembly affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church International, Inc. ("UPCI"), sought declaratory relief and an injunction against Rev. Homer Green, the former pastor of the church, and his supporter, Joe Ross, Sr. Defendants counterclaimed for injunctive and declaratory relief and damages.
