This is a workers' compensation death case. Mary Jane Hutchinson ("Plaintiff") filed suit against Employers Casualty Company ("Employers"), seeking workers' compensation benefits for the death of her son, George W. Hutchinson ("decedent"), as a result of an automobile accident.
