The state appeals from a trial court judgment vacating the registration of an Ohio judgment for child support arrearages.

FACTS

Carolyn Cynthia Kline and Douglas Kline were divorced in Ohio in September of 1981. At that time Mrs. Kline was awarded custody of their two children, Jefferson Douglas (DOB: 12/3/68) and Jennifer (DOB: 4/28/71). She was also awarded child support of $200 per month per child.
