CHAPA, Justice.

This is an original mandamus proceeding. The relator, Humana Hospital Corporation, Inc., d/b/a Humana Hospital, San Antonio, petitions this court to order the Honorable Peter Michael Curry1 to rescind his order striking the relator's designation of Dr. Michael Spebar as an expert witness2.
