ERVIN, Chief Judge:

The Times & Alleganian Company, a newspaper publisher, appeals the district court's order compelling arbitration with Cumberland Typographical Union No. 244 ("Union") of a dispute which arose under an expired collective bargaining agreement concerning that agreement's lifetime job guarantee provision. We find that the district court correctly applied Section 301(a) of the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. ...
