Plaintiffs, Robert L. Aaron and Mary Sue Aaron, brought suit against defendant, Herb Hendrickson, d/b/a Hendrickson Lumber Company, to recover damages caused by defendant's wrongful cutting of plaintiffs' trees. After a bench trial, the trial court entered judgment for plaintiff for $17,056.81 plus costs of $2,165.88 against defendant. Defendant appeals the judgment of the circuit court of Johnson County...
