On December 6, 1990, Gordon & Osie Francois (Francois) domicilaries of the State of Georgia, filed a petition to annul a default judgment rendered against them on May 17, 1990. The judgment was in the amount of $20,017.00 plus $1,500.00 attorneys' fees.
