Plaintiff appeals a judgment for defendant in an action based on theories of breach of a stock pledge agreement, quasi-contract, constructive trust, conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. The court granted defendant's motion for a directed verdict on all of plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff assigns that ruling as error. Defendant cross-appeals from the court's refusal to award him reasonable attorney fees. We affirm on the appeal and reverse...
