Joubert, IV, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Knox County, Kravchuk, J.) denying the multiple requests contained in his pro se "Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus" that, in addition to a writ of habeas corpus, sought both a declaration that his anticipated return to Nebraska within ten days of sentencing was contrary to law and an injunction against returning him to Nebraska.
