OPINION

MINZNER, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and the trial court's refusal to suppress marijuana discovered in a garden plot. The officers who discovered the marijuana did not have a warrant to search the property, and defendant argues that the officers' actions violated his constitutional rights. Following the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress, defendant pled guilty...
