The opinion of February 21, 1991 is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor. St. Paul Lloyd's Insurance Company appeals a fire loss case involving the Happy Buddha Restaurant. St. Paul's denied coverage under its insurance policy claiming Fong Chun Huang (appellee) was responsible for the burning of the restaurant. Fong sued St. Paul's for failure to pay on the policy and for breach of the duty...
