McGIVERIN, Chief Justice.

Defendant Walter Clark appeals from judgment after a jury verdict finding him guilty of second-degree robbery. Clark contends the trial court erred by refusing to sever his trial from the trial of codefendant Haley Wiggins. Upon Clark's appeal, our court of appeals ruled that the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it overruled defendant's motion to sever. We granted Clark's application for further review. We, now, affirm the decision...
