Defendant Darryl Wyatt Wood was charged in a two-count indictment with conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and with aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute cocaine. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). He was found guilty on the conspiracy count but acquitted on the aiding and abetting count. He asserts on appeal two reasons...
