On December 15, 1989, plaintiff filed a Civil Rights Complaint (document # 1) under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of his Fourteenth Amendment rights (due process and equal protection) and his Eighth Amendment rights (no cruel and unusual punishment). Plaintiff's claims arise out of an incorrect calculation of his good time work credits resulting in a sentence lasting approximately ten months too long....
