RIGGS, Judge.

Defendant was convicted for delivery of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992. He assigns error to the trial court's order of restitution. We remand for resentencing.

Defendant pleaded no contest and was placed on probation for five years. At the sentencing and restitution hearings, he presented evidence about his financial situation, employment and debts. The Presentence Investigation Report recommended, among other things, that defendant pay...
