MURPHY, Justice.

This medical malpractice action arises from circumstances surrounding the death of Alberta Johnson. Appellants, the husband and children of the deceased, brought suit against Drs. Noon and Stinebaugh, who were the deceased's treating physicians, and Methodist Hospital. Following a two-week trial, the jury returned a verdict finding no negligence on the part of any defendant.
