A jury convicted Ruben Sasnett of DUI Manslaughter in violation of Section 316.193, Florida Statutes, pursuant to the Assimilative Crimes Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 7, 13. Thereafter, in accordance with the Sentencing Guidelines, the district court imposed a sentence of 60 months imprisonment, to be followed by a term of supervised release of three years.
