There are two issues before us in this appeal, and cross-appeal, of a judgment for property damages resulting from a collision between a left-turning vehicle and a passing vehicle. The first issue concerns the liability of the drivers. The second is an insurance coverage question.

LIABILITY

The accident happened when Gregory A. Cole was trying to make a left-hand turn onto a private drive...
