Joan A. McGahan and Rusty H. Seaman were convicted upon their pleas of no contest to one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree — possession with intent to deliver or manufacture marijuana — a class C felony. AS 11.71.040(a)(2). They preserved their right to appeal the superior court's denial of their motions to suppress under Cooksey v. State, 524 P.2d 1251<...
