OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

CRS Consulting Engineers, Inc. ("CRS") appeals from an order dismissing its crossclaim for indemnification against Skyline Construction Co. ("Skyline"). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

This case arises from a personal injury suit. Plaintiff David K. Gordon was injured when he stepped into a sinkhole at the Utah State Training School, where he was employed. The sinkhole resulted from the construction of a storm drain system...
