Fred Goodson was convicted by a jury of engaging in organized crime. The jury assessed his punishment at fifteen years confinement and a $10,000 fine. We reverse and remand.

Goodson was indicted with thirty-two others. The indictment alleged that Goodson with intent to establish, maintain and participate in a combination, did knowingly and intentionally conspire to commit the offense of delivery of cocaine. The indictment grew out of an...
