CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Denton County Electric Cooperative appeals from a judgment affirming an order of the Public Utility Commission dismissing, for lack of jurisdiction, Denton's petition to amend certificates of public convenience and necessity. We will affirm the judgment.
