Plaintiff-appellant, Jacqueline Davis, appeals a trial court decision awarding her $3,275.00 for injuries she sustained as a result of an automobile accident caused by defendant-appellee, William T. Murrell. Mr. Murrell is insured by State Farm who was joined as a defendant in this suit. The jury found defendant to be 75% at fault and plaintiff to be 25% at fault.
