This is an appeal from a bench trial in which the trial court awarded third-party defendant NEC Information Systems, Inc. (NEC) a judgment against third-party plaintiff Rebel Enterprises, Inc. (Rebel), in NEC's counterclaim against Rebel for breach of contract.
